Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 7, 2016, aged 71 years.

Beloved Husband of Jean and Father to Jeremy, Stephanie and Emma. Father-in-law of Sara, devoted Grandad to Lily and Noah. Much loved Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Dearly missed by all his Family.

Funeral Service, 11am, Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to be divided between the Severn Hospice and The Air Ambulance.
