Peacefully passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Tony, aged 85 years, of Moddershall.

He will be sadly missed by all of his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at All Saints Church, Moddershall, on Thursday, September 22, at 11.30am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please.
