Wife of the late Norman Lewis, loving Mother of Jane, Eva and Kevin, Mother-in-law of Les, Nan to Heidiand Tony, Great-Nan to Holly and Ben.

Funeral Service, 11am, Thursday, September 15, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired will be divided between the Severn Hospice and The County Air Ambulance.
