Passed away peacefully at Welshpool Hospital surrounded by his Family and Friends on September 1, 2016, aged 50 years.

Of Woodside, Welshpool.

Beloved Husband of Penny, much loved Father of Anthony, Leah, Luke and James, loving Grandad to Thomas, dear Brother to Darren, Craig and the late Rachel.

He was the Son of the late Tony and Christine and Brother-in-law to Sarah and Kelly.

Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Welshpool on Friday, September 9 at 2pm,followed by Interment in Maesgwastad Cemetery.

Family flowers only.
