Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on July 14, 2016, aged 72 years.

A much loved Wife of Don, devoted Mum to Donna, dear Mother-in-law to Matt and a treasured Nanny to Harrison and Charlie, loving Sister to the late Richard.

Jan will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.
