Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 48 years.

Much loved Husband of Tanya, Father of Zoe, Stepfather of Nathan and Joshua Rowland.

Will be sadly missed by his Brother Phillip, Family and Friends.

Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 1pm, Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in lieu of flowers to be split between The Heart Foundation and Progessio, for which acollection box will be provided.
