Steve, Mark, Carl, Loll and their Families would like to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their cards and other messages of sympathy at the sad passing of their Father and for their attendance at his recent Funeral and celebration of his life.

We would like to thank in particular, Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Isle Court Care Home for the great care and patience they showed to Alan during the difficult latter weeks of his life, Peter Hubbard for conducting a lovely Service with great sensitivity, the Staff of The Red Barn Public House for hosting the ensuing continued celebration of the life of this grand and colourful character and Pughs Funeral Directors of Longden Coleham for their exceptional service before, during and after the Funeral.

We would like to extend an additional thanks to all those who so generously donated to Diabetes UK and The RNLI at the Service, each of which will receive a sum of œ114 as a result .
