Passed away suddenly after a long battle with illness at the Princess Royal Hospital on May, 13, 2016, aged 57 years.

Loving Son of Norman and Mary, Devoted Husband to Alison, Dearly loved Dad to Kimberley and Andrew and Step-Dad to Chrissy and Alex and a dearly loved Grandad and Uncle.

Loved and sadly missed by all his Family.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 1pm.

Familyflowers only, but donations if desired to the Renal Unit at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
