Passed away peacefully on May 9, 2016, aged 49 years.
Dear Son of Gladys and the late Chris, Brother to Neil, Father to Jodie, loving Fiance to Lynne.
Greg will be greatly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Ellesmere, on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Ellesmere Cemetery.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to the O'Connor Haematology Unit, the H.D. Unit both at TheRoyal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Haematology Unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
