Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on March 30, 2016, aged 65 years.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, April 19, at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Dogs Trust, Roden for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
