Passed away peacefully but all to soon at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 58 years.

Beloved Partner of Ann, loving Dad to Rheanne and Maddie and devoted Dad to Thomas.

He will be forever remembered and loved by all his Family and Friends, for his humour and big heart.

Celebration of Life Service, 1pm, Tuesday, March 1, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request please or if desired donations for Cancer Research UK, would be appreciated.
