Formerly of Ladycroft, Wellington and Madeley, passed away peacefully at Myford House Nursing Home, on January 25, 2016, aged 71 years.

He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, Tuesday, February 16, at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers by request, donations for the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
