Barbara, Dave, Steph, Kieran, Callum, Kai, Sister Carol and the Family of the late Pat Wilson wish to express their sincere thanks to Relatives, Friends and Work Colleagues for their messages of sympathy, support and kindness shown during the days following Pat's death on December 20, 2015.

Special heartfelt thanks to Consultant Dr George Cherian, CNSs Fiona, Lucy and all of the Team at The O'Connor Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Dr Selva and Staff of Highley Medical Centre, District Nurses, especially Mrs N Allwood, for all your professional help and support during Pat's long illness, of which he fought with strength, dignity and humour.

Mrs Ruth Honeybourne for an uplifting and personnel Service for Pat.

Andrew Ince, Inces Funeral Directors for all your professional advice, help and support, alongside the Bearers carrying out all duties with such love and dignity.

The Ship Inn, Highley for your warm post service welcome and for the excellent catering and care of all who attended.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all and your generosity has raised a fantastic œ1,257 to date in donations to Cancer UK (Highley).
