Passed away peacefully at his home in Llanfair Caereinion on January 31, 2012, aged 64 years.
Beloved Husband of Pat, dear Father of Sharon and Paul, fond Grandad to Amy and Ryan.
Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, February 17, at 1pm.
No flowers, donations if so desired to MND, Severn Hospice or Marie Curie Cancer Care.
