Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on December 22, 2015, aged 65 years.
Dearly loved Wife of Terry, a cherished Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and a loving Sister.Funeral Service, 10am, Tuesday, January 12, at Holy Trinity Church, Hadley, followed by Interment in Hadley Cemetery.
Flowers welcome or donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
