Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 24, 2015, aged 62 years.
A devoted Wife to the late Stuart, beloved Mum to Michelle, Melanie, Marie and Mary-Louise, Mother-in-law to Steven, Shaun and Duncan.
Funeral Service, 9am, Monday, January 11, 2016, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request please but if desired donations for The Shropshire Blood Trust Fund (to benefit the O'Connor Haematology Unit, Shrewsbury) would be appreciated.

To Ann's lovely daughters, I'm so sad to hear about your mum's passing! I've known your mum ever since Melanie was a baby. She was true friend to my late mum and when I was younger I spent many days at your house. Ann you were a very special lady and I'll never forget you!
