Passed away peacefully in The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on December 13, 2015, aged 91 years.

Former Proprietor of Station Motors, Craven Arms.

Beloved Husband of Evelyn, adored Dad of Rowena and the late Stephen, cherished Grandad of Adam, Nicky, Simon and Jennifer and Great-Grandad of Josef, Logan and Amelia.

Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Cuthbert's Church, Clungunford, on Wednesday, December 23, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Jack's memory be given to The Midlands Air Ambulance.
