Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on November 7, 2015, aged 58 years.

Sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service at St Myllin's Parish Church, Llanfyllin, on Thursday, December 3, at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Llanfyllin Cemetery.

Dress code, whatever you want, you knew Matty, Wales Rugby shirts welcome.
