Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 14, 2015, aged 75 years.
Dear Wife of Derek, loving Mum of Debbie andGreg, Mother-in-law of Joelie and a devoted Grandma of Joslyn, Locklyn and Darcy.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, September 30, at 1pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired please for The Dog's Trust Roden, forwhich purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
