Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 14, 2015, aged 60 years.

Beloved Father of Jowan Lewke, Brother of Phillip and Patricia and Uncle of Phillip and Sophie.

Will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, September 24, 2015, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired for Shropshire Wildlife Trust, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
