Passed away suddenly at home on December 24, 2011, aged 51 years, much loved Husband of Sarah, loving Dad of Naomi and Peter and Grandad of Layla and Caleb.
Funeral Service at St Michael's Parish Church, West Felton, on Wednesday, January 11, at 10am, followed by Cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham,
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Hope House Children's Respite Hospice and Cancer Research UK.
