A private Committal Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Luke's Church, Hodnet on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished to The Royal British Legion and The Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal, for which purpose a collection plate will be made available at the Church.
