Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on July 13, 2015, aged 83 years.

Much loved by all his Family.

A private Cremation followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for Tom's life will takeplace at 2.45pm on Wednesday, July 29 at Wellington Methodist Church.

No black.

Family flowers only but donations if desired will be divided between Wellington Methodist Church and The Lingen Davies Oncology Ward at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
