Formerly of Chetwynd Aston, Newport, passed away at The Uplands Nursing Home, Shrewsbury, December 8, 2011, aged 67 years.
Loving Mum to Samantha and Kevin and Nan to Thomas, William and Imogen.
Funeral Service and Interment,11.30am, Monday, December 19, at St Andrew's Church, Church Aston.
Family flowers only but donations if desired for The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
