Mr. Jack Ives, Sally, Roy and the Family of the late Mrs. Betty Ives wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other kind messagesof sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Dementia UK. Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all outside Nursing Agencies for your care of and kindness to Betty and to the Family, throughout her long illness and for supporting us in nursing her at home until the very end, which was just so important to usall, to Cartwright's Florists of Albrighton for the beautiful floral tributes, to all who contributed to the Ceremony for your very personal participation in a most special day, to Fresh and Lush Caterers for the excellent post-Funeral reception catering arrangements and to The Revd. Laura Hill and Organist Mr. Stephen Lomas for leading us in a most comforting Ceremony.
