Of Telford, Shropshire. Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on October 27, 2011. Dearly loved Mum of Richard and Derek.
Funeral Mass to be held at St Patrick's RC Church, Wellington, on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, at 10.30am, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
