TITLEY
Susan Ann
Of Yockleton Grange, Yockleton, formerly of Annscroft. Passed away on January 17, 2015, at University Hospital of North Staffordshire, following a tragic accident, aged 68 years.
Susan will be sadly missed by her everlovingAunt Noel, all her Family and Friends and by the Staff and Residents of Yockleton Grange.
