Devoted Wife of Paul, much loved Mom to Katie and Philip, a loving Nan to Alfie and a dear Sister to Paul and Jen.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at 11am.
Family flowers only please.
