On Wednesday, July 2, 2014, with his Family by his side, Melvyn, aged 69 years, of Tilstock.
Beloved Husband of Angela, dearly loved Dad of Emily, Andrew and Katie and a much loved Grandad of Lewis, Isaac and Noah.
Funeral Service at Christ Church, Tilstock, on Friday, July 11, at 2pm, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Flowers or donations as desired for Christ Church, Tilstock and Doddington Surgery Patients Comfort Fund.
