Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on April 30, 2014, aged 82 years.

Devoted Husband to Carol and a much loved Dad to Rachel and Vincent

Derek willbe sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Emstrey New Cemetery, London Road.

Family flowers only please.Donations if desired to be shared between The British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel
