Mrs Joyce Jervis, Shirley, Alan and the Family of the late Mr Tom Jervis wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love, support and prayers received on the sad loss of such a dearly loved Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandad and Great-Grandad, for the attendance of so many Friends at the Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between Meadowvale Care Home Residents Comforts Fund and Brown Clee Medical Practice.

Special thanks to his Doctors, to all Staff at Brown Clee Medical Practice and to all at Meadowvale Care Home for your wonderful care and kindness to Tom throughout his illness, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to Janet and her Team for the catering arrangements at Ditton Priors Village Hall afterwards and to our dear Friend the Revd. Jennifer Rowland for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of Tom's life.
