Of Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, died peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Sunday, March 27, 2011, aged 91 years.

She leaves behind a Son Christopher, Grandchildren Jonathan, William and Caroline. She is also survived by three Sisters Clarice, Maureen and Muriel.

She will be missed by her Family and many Friends who knew her through her contacts with the WI and other organisations.

A Memorial Service will be held at St Andrew's Church, Great Ness, on Tuesday, April 19, at 2.30pm.

It is hoped that many of her former Friends from the WI, U3A, Painting and many different craft groups will be able to join us to celebrate her life, also there will be an exhibition of her craft work and photographic slide show of her life so we can share memories over tea.
