Mrs Mary Shelley, Jane, Hugh and the Family of the late Mr David Shelley wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at Chelmarsh Church and for your donations, whichare to be divided between The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and Cancer Research UK.

We extend our special thanks to his Doctors, to all the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all the Staff at Bridgnorth Hospital for their wonderful care and kindness to David and to us throughout his illness, to all who supported us in so many ways during his illness and in these more recent sad days and to our dear Cousin, the Revd Robin Shelley for leading such an uplifting celebration of David's life.
