Michael Glasby

Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on December 7, 2010, aged 68 years, after a long illness borne with courage, great dignity and humour.

Devoted Husband and best Friend of Mary and much loved Dad of Mark and Ruth, Father-in-law to Liz and Rob and most cherished and loving Grandad to James, Emma and Joe and very dear Brother to Sarah.

Funeral Service 1.45pm, on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at Telford Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if so desired to be divided between Myeloma UK and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Special thanks must go to Dr Aiden Egleston of the Wellington Road Practice, in Newport and all his Staff who have shown great kindness during Mike's illness, also to the Staff at the Haematology Department in the Princess Royal Hospital.
