Passed away peacefully at The Seven Hospice Shrewsbury, on September 5, 2010, aged 67 years.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, September 23, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Severn Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
