Peacefully in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital on April 28, 2010, aged 73 years.

Beloved Husband of Gill and Dad of Chris and Christine, an adored Grandad and Father-in-law.

Loved and so dearly missed byall his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take palce at The Parish Church of St Laurence, Ludlow, on Friday, May 14, at 1pm, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Donations kindly given in Dave's memory, will be divided between Station Drive Doctors Surgery and The League Of Friends at Ludlow Hospital, Kidney Appeal Charity.
