Ian would like to thank all his many Friends, Neighbours, Relatives, Colleagues and Fay's Colleagues for their friendship and support during Fay's illness and following her death. Also for helping to give her such a lovely send off at both the Frodesley Service and the Funeral at Condover. Many thanks too for the many cards he has received and the generous donations people have made in Fay's memory.

Ian would also like to thank the amazing Medical people who helped Fay so much over the past three years and who helped her to end her days with peace and dignity.

With apologies to anyone who he has missed out, he would particularly like to thank the following :- At The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital - Mr Hari andDr Prashant. Katherine Robinson. The Max Fac and Dental Team, especially Hilary, Sam and Jackie. All at The Treatment Centre and Ward 21 and in The AMU. The Speech Therapists and Dieticians, notably Catherine and Clare. The Respiratory Team and Ward andthe old Head & Neck Ward at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. The AMU, Ward 8 and the Apley Ward at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford and the Dietician Staff there. The Macmillan Support People, particularly Cheryl and with apologies to those I have missed.

All at The Hamar Centre and the Severn Hospice. Liz Sankey from Shropdoc who was fantastic, and Shropdoc in general. The brilliant District Nurses, particularly Sarah, Jo and Deana. The Hospice at Home Team, especially Honor, Jo and Dawn. Dr Savage and all at Church Stretton Medical Centre and at Rowlands Pharmacy and thanks not least to Shropshire Ambulance Service, also thank you to the Undertakers A. S. Morris & Son of Church Stretton for their compassionate Service and to J. R Thomas in Church Stretton for the beautiful flowers.
