Philip and Jane Chetwood, Kate and Andre Wilkins, Gemma, Liz, David, Lauren, Steph, Nicola and the Family of the late Richard Chetwood wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and workmates for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and support received in their recent tragic and sad loss, for the attendance of nearly 150 of you at The Funeral Service and for your donations, which are to be divided between The Midland Air Ambulance and The C.C.U at Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham, totalling œ636.00 to date.

Special thanks to the Doctors and all Staff on the C.C.U at Selly Oak Hospital for all their care and kindness, both toRichard and to his Family and Friends, to all at Hadley Community Centre and at The Bull, Codsall for looking after everyone so well afterwards, to the Bearers for completing their duties with such dignity and to Mrs Kate Spohrer for leading us in a wonderful celebration of his life and for allowing us to say goodbye to him with love.
