Passed away suddenly at his home in London on September 29, 2013, aged 47 years.

Much loved Son of Iorwerth and Jenny, loving Brother of Robert and Rachel and dear Uncle to Annabelle, Lucy, Tess and Oliver and Great-Nephew to Auntie Gwyneth.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, October 18, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only.
