Sadly passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 28, 2022, aged 72 years.
Loving Husband of Isabelle, much loved Dad of John and Paul, cherished Grandad of Evan.
Funeral Service 9.30am Monday, May 30 at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request, but if desired, donations for Ward 16 at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
