(Dek) Passed away on November 5, 2020 at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 63 years.

Derek is survived by his Parents Rose and Roly, Brother Rob, Sister Linda and his Nephew and Nieces.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Due to the current restrictions, a private Family Funeral Service is to take place.

No black to be worn.
