Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 15, 2019. Aged 90 years.

Loving Husband to Mary. Devoted Father to Mark and a Cherished Grandad.

Derek will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to be held at Trinity Church, Newport on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Swan Fund, End of Life Care Service at The Princess Royal Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.
