Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on July 17, 2019, aged 77 years after a long illness bravely borne.

Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, July 30 at 10.30am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired will be divided between Ward 23 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Ward 15 at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at The Crematorium.
