Passed away peacefully at The Rubens Residential Home on December 8, 2018, aged 83 years.

Devoted Husband to Ann, loving Dad to Jenny and a much loved Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, December 28 at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society for which purpose a collection box with be provided at the Crematorium.
