David Adrian Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, aged 68 years.

Beloved Husband of Heather, loving Brother to Pat and much loved by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St George's Church, Pontesbury on Friday, November 9 at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium.

No black dress please.

Family flowers only.
