Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 11, 2018, aged 75 years.

Beloved Partner of Jill, Dad of David and Paul, Step Dad to Sara and Karon and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service 3.30pm, Thursday, September 27, at Holy Trinity Church, Dawley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for ward 10, at The Princess Royal Hospital, would be appreciated.
