Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on January 11, 2018, aged 75 years.

Loved Brother and Uncle.

Funeral Service on Monday, February 5, at Telford Crematorium at10am.

No flowers by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between the Severn Hospice and Macmillan Nurses Fund.
