Of Radbrook, Shrewsbury, passed away at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, on July 17, 2017, aged 43 years.

Beloved Husband of Claire.

Loving Son of Barry and Wendy and Brother to Paul.

Chris will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, August 8, at 11.30am.
