Sadly passed away October 19, 2016, aged 77 years.

He will be greatly missed by Wife, Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 1.30pm.

No black to be worn.Family flowers only please, donations in memory of David to Ward 9 ,The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, these can be placed in a donation box at the Funeral.
