Of Wem, passed away peacefully at Lady Forester Nursing Home, on October 23, 2016, aged 76 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Peter, loving Mum to Sally and Gordon.

Connie will be sadly missed by all her lovingFamily and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Wem, on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 2pm, followed by a private Family Interment.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in the Church.
